Come join us for a mid-week run. Every Monday and Wednesday night at 6:30pm, the group runs around 30-45 minutes and runners of all level are welcome. We typically run for around 3 miles plus depending on the group. Some of the group will run longer if they happen to be training for something and want to get the miles in, others will run less depending on what they feel like doing that day.  Come enjoy special guest speakers and educators, newest model shoe demos, refreshments and more.

No sign up is required just come a few minutes early to fill out a participants form if you haven’t filled out one before.
