Walk 2 Run will finish up on Saturday September 12th and Monday September 14th. The following week September 19th and September 21st we’ll invite all the participants back for a self-timed 5K. It’s the perfect chance to challenge yourself to run/walk the whole 3.1 miles in a time that’s comfortable for you.
You’ll only be running against yourself and times will not be posted. Water will be provided along the course and back at the store but you’re encouraged to bring your own as well. Keep running with our Next Step Program designed just for you starting the following week.
